Elementary educational program

The elementary educational program is offered to Spanish language native students from 7 years old and up. It is divided in three levels according to the acquisition of inherit objectives and linguistic contents of each level.

The main objective of the elementary education is to prepare students to speak, write and read in correct spanish. Students are evaluated in listening and reading comprehension, writing and speaking fluenty in Spanish.

Courses

First level
Teacher: Mariana Gallaher

The main objective of the first level is to prepare students to:
• Speak Spanish in a familiar environment.
• Write sentences, phrases and small texts.
• Understand Reading or telling stories.
• Read and comprehend sentences, signs and small texts.

Second level
Teacher: Astrid Maya

The main objective of the second level is to prepare students to:
• Speak Spanish and use its regional variances.
• Write letters, short stories and short texts.
• Read and comprehend narrative and expository texts.
• Known and study the Spanish language with its grammar and spelling.

Third Level
Teacher: Mercedes Moresco

The main objective of the first level is to prepare students to:
• Speak Spanish and use its regional and most formal variances.
• Read, comprehend and write short stories, expository and narrative texts, also informative and argumentative texts in a coherent manner and with the corrrect spelling.

Schedule:
Thursdays form  4 to 7pm
